Onehundred Boardz offers in-house design and manufacturing of your carbon fiber parts or assembly systems. We can easily design & produce your prototype, first product and meet volume production requirements by demand. With our own production we have extensive experience which we can apply to your product technical requirements and production. We specialize in 3D design, carbon production with RTM (resin transfer molding), VIP (vacuum infusion process), hand-layup procedures, mold production, CNC plastic part production and 3D printing production.

RTM - RESIN TRANSFER MOLDING
RTM is a process for manufacturing high performance composites with injecting the resin into closed-mold. By laying up reinforcement material dry inside the mold, any combination of material and orientation can be used, including 3-D reinforcements. Part thickness is determined by the tool cavity. This process produces parts with two finished surfaces. Fast cycle times can be achieved with heating up the tooling. We offer production of the parts in small volumes (1-100).

VIP - VACUUM INFUSION PROCESS
VIP is a cost-effective process for making high quality composite parts. The VIP uses vacuum to infuse resin into the laminate. The fibres are laid dry onto the one-sided mold and seal closed using a vacuum bag or a counter mold. The advantage of the vacuum infusion process is to create a laminate with very high fibre content, thereby creating a very high strength and stiff part at minimum weight. Final product consists of one finished surface. Fast cycle times can be achieved with heating up the tooling. We offer production of the parts in small volumes (1-100).

HAND-LAYUP PROCEDURE
In typical hand lay-up procedure reinforcements are laid onto a mold or core part and manually wet out using brushes, rollers, or through other means. Vacuum bag is being used to suck excess resin out of the laminate. We offer surf board production or production of other parts in small volumes (1-100).

MOLD PRODUCTION
We offer production of aluminium molds or in-house production of gelcoat-epoxy molds for complex shapes based on casting from father molds, which are usually produced from MDF or Cibatool material. Based on our experience we can advise and produce most appropriate molds for production.
